Worlo is an online job portal that connects employers with job seekers. Our Platform allows employers to post job openings, review candidates, and manage applications. Candidates can create profiles, search for jobs, and apply to positions.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.2 Account Types
We offer different account types:
- Candidate Accounts: For job seekers to search and apply for jobs
- Employer Accounts: For companies to post jobs and manage applications
- Premium Plans: Enhanced features through paid subscriptions
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 For Employers
Employers agree to:
- Post only legitimate job openings
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Respond to applications in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
- Use professional language and conduct in all communications
4.2 For Candidates
Candidates agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in profiles and applications
- Maintain the security of account credentials
- Use the Platform only for legitimate job search purposes
- Respect employer communications and respond appropriately
- Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or education
- Update profile information regularly
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's services
- Collect user information without consent
- Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
6. Job Postings
Employers are responsible for all job postings and their content. You agree that:
- Job postings must comply with all applicable employment laws
- You will not post discriminatory job requirements
- All information in job postings must be accurate and truthful
- We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates these terms
- Job postings may be featured or promoted based on your membership plan
7. Application Process
When applying for jobs through our Platform:
- Applications are submitted directly to employers
- We do not guarantee responses from employers
- Employers are responsible for reviewing and responding to applications
- We are not involved in the hiring decision process
- Candidates should follow up directly with employers regarding applications
8. Membership Plans and Subscriptions
We offer various membership plans with different features and limits:
- Standard Plan: Basic features with limited job postings
- Gold Plan: Enhanced features with more job postings and candidate access
- Premium Plan: Full access to all features and unlimited resources
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable terms and authorize recurring charges.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Worlo or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without permission
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without authorization
- Create derivative works from our materials
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worlo is not liable for:
- Any decisions made by employers regarding hiring
- The accuracy of information provided by users
- Any damages arising from Platform use or inability to use
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Third-party actions or content
- Technical failures or interruptions
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
